Newcastle Partners purchased this development site as part of its strategy of acquiring well-located, in-fill land parcels on which it can develop state of the art Class A warehouse buildings. The site was developed with 3 single-tenant buildings on separate parcels and was marketed on both a for-sale and a for-lease basis. Of the three buildings, one was sold to an investor to lease and hold, and two buildings were sold to users at substantial premium.
