Newcastle Partners purchased this development site as part of its strategy of acquiring well-located land parcels on which it can develop state of the art Class A warehouse buildings. Newcastle successfully finalized entitlements and developed a state-of-the-art distribution facility of 400,000 square feet. The project construction was completed in 2015.
