T&M Shaffer Construction Inc. is a family-owned and operated business specializing in quality construction for over 22 years.  In 1990, Todd Shaffer and son Mark Shaffer partnered together to form T & M Shaffer Construction, and since have engineered and custom-built homes, additions, renovations, and commercial properties.

Built on quality workmanship and an excellent reputation, our business is generated by referrals and recommendations from previous clients and homeowners.  All work is supervised by Todd and Mark, and performed by our own crew and a few select subcontractors who we have been doing business with for many years.  To a new or current homeowner, this brings peace of mind knowing your project will be designed, built and finished by the same hardworking, trusted crew.

Over the past 22 years, T&M Shaffer Construction Inc. has designed and custom-built homes from a homebuilder’s idea, a favorite photo or an engineered blueprint.  We can design your home or renovation to meet your needs and wants, provide the blueprints and a detailed contract to get started, and complete the project from framing to finished dream home.
