Healthcare Design & Construction LLC (HDC), founded in March 2013, is formerly known as (PDC West) Western Construction Division of PDC Facilities, Inc. (link to PDC https://www.pdcbiz.com) , which was established in 1984. Our core team has over 34 years of healthcare construction experience in acute care, outpatient and medical office facilities.

Since 2013, HDC has grown from 13 employees and one office serving 4 healthcare campuses to 65 employees and 5 offices serving 16 healthcare campuses. We provide services for all project types in acute care and outpatient facilities. From central plants, generators, seismic retrofit, diagnostic imaging equipment installation projects to highly technical medical spaces, such as surgery suites, cardiac catheterization labs, bi-plane neuro labs and NICU suites.

With an integrated approach to a highly specialized and budget-sensitive healthcare facility market, we have built our reputation for quality, error-free construction, with strict adherence to code compliance, project schedules and established budgets.
