Scope Of Work
Quandel provided construction services for CF Bank’s new regional headquarters and banking office in Worthington, Ohio. Founded in 1892, CF Bank expanded to the Columbus market in 2003. The company decided to relocate into a new facility in order to meet the changing demands of their expanded business and personal banking clients.
The new 8,000 SF facility is located on the southeast corner of North High Street and Highland Avenue. Construction began in September 2006 and was completed on schedule in May 2007.
