Scope Of Work
Quandel was hired to build the new Kroger Marketplace in Pierce Township, Clermont County, Amelia Ohio on a 22 acre site. This new 123,489 SF facility will have a full service grocery, pharmacy with a drivethru, banking center, Fred Meyer Jewelers and a Starbucks coffee shop. Projected completion date is April 16, 2013.
