Scope Of Work
Quandel constructed a new 200-student, 50-unit housing facility for Morrisville State College in Morrisville, NY. The project is a four-story masonry structure and façade and was designed with four-bedroom suites, with each suite containing a kitchen and a living room, and also allows for some rooms to house six students. In addition, the building has on-site laundry facilities, a lounge area, and accommodates 125 parking spaces. The facility is within a short walking distance of the college campus.
Construction of the project remained on schedule throughout the duration of the project and was completed ahead of schedule.
