Scope Of Work
Tom Hesser Nissan selected Quandel Construction to build their new 26,000 square foot automobile dealership in Dunmore, PA.
Constructed during the worst winter in 25 years, the project was still completed on schedule. During construction, topography created severe drainage issues and extensive temporary dewatering measures had to be executed.
The new dealership includes a new showroom, service bays and support space.
