Scope Of Work
Quandel was chosen as Construction Manager for the new, LEED accredited Green Valley Elementary School, which was constructed to accommodate kindergarten through sixth grade students and has the capacity to house 550 students. Additionally, soccer fields, baseball, field hockey and grass practice and play fields surround the elementary school.
In order to be compatible with the surrounding residences, the 2-story school was constructed with a brick facade, insulated glass windows, standing seam metal roof and masonry details.
The was the sixth project Quandel was hired to manage for the Wilson School District.
