We hired Compliance Products & Services to help complete our MBE Certification for both the City and State. We had the pleasure of working with Anette Jones!
A long story short of our MBE Application: Our plan was to try to complete the MBE Certification on our own. The entire application process can be strenuous and confusing. After 3 months of trying, filling out paperwork and in how busy the industry is right now, the application sat on our desk for that length of time. We finally had decided that it was time to hire a company that specialized in the MBE Certifications. This is where we found Compliance Products and Services.
Compliance Products & Services helped us complete the MBE Certification in a breeze and without any issues whatsoever. They jumped in right of way and within 2-3 weeks our application was ready to be submitted to the City and State. During the application process Compliance Products & Services provided regular updates on the application completion all the way to the submittal of the MBE Application. Everything flowed very nicely. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They understand the requirements very well.
The only regret i have, not hiring them any sooner to help us with this certification. They made everything very simple. Anette Jones was very good to work with, knowledgeable and professional the entire time. Anette Jones would send us follow up emails asking us the status of our application once it has been submitted, which showed us that she truly cares about her customers. Without Compliance Products & Services we probably would have still been stuck in the application completion process.
