2017 Northland Contractors was awarded the contract by Urban Renaissance Group for the Capitol Up grades of 5 floors at the Symetra Financial Tower in Bellevue, WA. The project featured complete demolition and restoration of the restrooms on each floor as well as an extensive remodel of the elevator lobbies and corridors. All floors were scheduled simultaneously. The finished product was fitting of the expectations of Bellevue’s towers. Beautifully finished executive restrooms, light and welcoming lobbies really make the floors stand out.
