Scope Of Work

The renovation at the Beach Café on the water front at Carillon Point in Kirkland was a very challenging project with beautiful results. The Beach Café is one of the two restaurants within the exclusive Woodmark Hotel. The complete renovation of the restaurant would take place without interrupting service to the restaurant directly above the Beach Café which also shared walk in coolers located in the Beach Café. Northland ran the project 24 hours a day to make the opening for Valentines day with out a single complaint from any of the guests staying in the Hotel. The kitchen was completely remodeled including the removal of a large portion of the concrete floor to install new floor drains. The Bar and guest seating area was completely updated with new finishes including a beautiful new Bar, topped with granite and hand-built copper doors. The New Beach Café opened its doors on time for Valentines day to rave reviews.
