The project features 46,000 seats, 3,706 club seats and 61 luxury suites, as well as housing 40,000 square feet of office space for team management, a conference center and administrative offices.

Clayco served as the project manager and cost and constructability consultant for the new Busch Stadium as well as the general contractor for the St. Louis Cardinals’ corporate offices. Involved with the project at the onset, Clayco was instrumental in establishing budget parameters and initial design.
