Scope Of Work
This project consisted of a new building of approximately 256,000sf with two levels of below grade parking of approximately 67,500sf. The new hospital was constructed on the site where the power plant was originally located. The new building substantially replaced the existing hospital. Upon occupation of the new hospital, the existing main building was emptied of staff and patients.
