Scope Of Work
ReArch Company originally restored the Monadnock Mills building that houses Red River in 2009. In 2018, we completed the fit up of the entire 3rd floor, which was previously occupied by another tenant.
This 8648 SF third floor Red River tenant fit up included a gorgeous new kitchen/lounge area, a mailroom & mailbox alcove, a coat room, private offices and open office space. The renovation also consisted of updating infrastructure for IT & power to accommodate new office furniture, as well as updating bathrooms to include a shower and locker room area for employees.
