Scope Of Work
The Davis Companies selected ReArch Company as the Construction Manager on 200 S. Main St in Lebanon, NH, a shopping complex that serves the Upper Valley. The project included a complete fit-up of Sierra Trading, new MEP infrastructure for Sierra, and white box work for the 17,800 SF space. ReArch also provided extensive floodproofing for the entire plaza, which included site work, flood panel installation, and applying an elastomeric coating to the exterior of the existing building. A full refresh of the existing façade and columns was completed, as well as milling and overlaying the parking lot, and providing new line striping.
