Scope Of Work
Completed nearly a month ahead of the contracted schedule and under the Guaranteed Maximum Price, this LEED certified 5,500 sf medical facility is an excellent example of ReArch’s commitment to delivering performance.
ReArch Company collaborated with Scott + Partners, the University of Vermont Medical Center, and the onsite user group to deliver a user-friendly facility.
In order to achieve a LEED Certification, ReArch focused on sustainable site practices, the selection and installation of energy performance products, as well as the use of low VOC products. The end result is a high performance facility which will offer patients and providers a comfortable work environment for years to come.
