Scope Of Work
ReArch Company worked with Inntopia to design their tenant fit up, which is located inside the 55 Community Drive building at Technology Park. They wanted a more creative and efficient work space than their previous location and it was very important to them that ReArch provide a first-class office space for their team, and one that would allow for future expansion to support their continued growth.
We were challenged with a very tight timeline as we had only a month before they needed to be fully moved into the new location. Due to the project management of our ReArch Properties team, we were able to deliver a new 4,825 square-foot space that was composed of a large common area with flexible configuration options, five meeting rooms, and a large kitchen.
Inntopia’s new space at Technology Park provides easy access to the airport, has several recreational trails surrounding the park and Whales Tails, has abundant parking, and is convenient to public transportation. The new environment really helps them to collaborate across the engineering department so that they can build more innovative products.
