Scope Of Work
ReArch Company acted as the construction manager for a new Operations Center for a National Ski Resort. The project included rebuilding the structure that had previously been destroyed by fire. ReArch had to rebuild the facility in the same footprint, updating features and functionality, while still working within the budgetary limitations of the insurance claim.
Significant upgrades of the renovated building included several new overhead doors into workspaces for each of the resort’s operations divisions (electrical, plumbing, automotive, etc.) located on the first floor, with office spaces for the operations administrative staff on the second floor.
Special attention was paid to developing a plan for integrating the new structure into a partially rebuilt shop space, which was a large open maintenance bay.
The project was completed on budget and on schedule, and in time for the winter 2021/2022 ski season.
