Scope Of Work
In 2006, ReArch Company served as the Design-Builder of Kountry Kart Deli’s 13,000 square foot renovation in 30 Community Drive. TruexCullins served as ReArch Company’s design partner. The space included construction of a new public corridor and bathrooms, a full service commercial kitchen, deli counter and display space, as well as a cafeteria seating area that serviced both occupants of the building as well as the general public.
In 2010, ReArch Company completed another design-build renovation on the former Kountry Kart Deli, for Sugarsnap. Sugarsnap’s fit up consisted of mostly cosmetic alterations, with a commercial kitchen expansion for food catering operations. This expansion also included fitting out additional office space for Sugarsnap’s management team.
