Scope Of Work
Technology Park secured several new tenants in their 30 Community Drive Building and in order to accommodate them, they worked with ReArch and Scott + Partners to design & create a new, 2,045 sf atrium/common space for building tenants, including seating and table space for Kestrel Coffee Roasters.
This fit up included a custom Vermont landscape mural and a locally sourced and fabricated pergola. The project also entailed cleaning up old and unused utilities throughout the atrium and within NBC 5’s space, including electrical conduit, piping, mechanical equipment, penetrations through roof, and removal of four large rooftop HVAC units.
