Scope Of Work

BEAR completed this 36,000-SF design-build collaboration to modify parts of an existing structure to accommodate a new medical office that included patient rooms, a wound-care wing, a new main lobby and enhanced features in the corridors and public spaces. The existing patient rooms received all new upgrades, finishes and equipment. The new construction addition was added to the existing structure for the Wound-Care Center.
