Scope Of Work
Loyola Medicine engaged BEAR Construction to assist in the preconstruction for their four wing, 28,000-SF renovation at MacNeal Hospital. Our preconstruction services led to the overall management of the construction which included upgrades to the mechanical and electrical infrastructure, patient room renovations, the addition of nurses stations and a new radiology wing all completed with new architectural finishes.
