Scope Of Work

AMITA Health engaged BEAR Construction Company on this single-phased renovation within the existing hospital. The project included a new Hybrid Cath Lab with a dedicated Control Room and Equipment Room, Staff Lounge, Staff Toilet Rooms, Staff Locker Rooms, Equipment Storage, Soiled Holding and Clean Utility. A new dedicated Air Handling Unit and Chiller were also installed and located on a new steel platform on the roof. The project also included a new roof for the building and penthouse, as well as improvements to the existing building envelope on the north and west walls with new spray foam insulation and tuck-pointing.
