Scope Of Work
BEAR Construction Company was engaged to manage the reconstruction and expansion of all existing hospital parking lots. The project was completed over two-phases, the first being 12 weeks, the second being 20 weeks. The scope of work included new storm sewer, walkways with snow-melt system, new lighting and new landscaping.
