Scope Of Work
BEAR Construction built this new 58,000-SF, pre-cast, 3 story office/medical building for the Teamsters Local 705. The sitework package included complete removal of oil contaminated soil in addition to large undercuts of unsuitable soil. All three floors of build-out included medical departments from Rush University Medical Center.
