Scope Of Work
BEAR performed a complete demolition of an existing eye center procedure room and recovery area to create the new Bi-Plane Suite. The new Bi-Plane suite consists of a state-of-the-art procedure room, control room, equipment room, waiting room, reading room and men and women locker rooms. The suite is supported by an all new mechanical and electrical system including an air handling unit and new chiller.
