Our Story
Tommy Owens and Wesley Taylor, founders of P & I Construction, have been in the construction business since 1998. Our mission since then has been to provide superior quality and customer satisfaction. Our reputation of excellent service has resulted in repeat business and customer referrals that helped us grow into the company that we are today.
P & I Construction was incorporated in the state of South Carolina on September 25, 2006. This provided us the opportunity to diversify our residential operations and expand into the commercial market. We provide services in the upstate and the surrounding areas of South Carolina.
