JMoro Roofing utilizes our own, dedicated roofing team, collaborating with a number of local leaders, working with only the most reliable materials on the market, and partnering with you, the client, to prioritize your interests and protection above all else. With over 25 years’ worth of building experience, Josh Moro has been involved in over 120 home builds and 350 additions/renovations. He has won numerous awards, including the South Carolina Women’s Magazine Gold Medal award as the top renovator/remodeler of 2017; for 10 years he has been accredited with an A+ rating from the BBB; and he is the Education Coordinator for the Business Network International chapter in Myrtle Beach. As the sole owner and general contractor for JMoro Construction, Josh has experienced home construction from every perspective and understands the industry, its products, and its processes from every angle.

The idea for JMoro Roofing started in 2016 after the terrible destruction from hurricane Matthew and consequential rise in construction projects made apparent the ineffectiveness of many roofing companies’ approaches: inconsistency within project teams, unreliable communication, and drawn out time frames. Something needed to change. Inspired by the skills, loyalty, care, and dedication of the members of JMoro Construction, Josh realized that those same qualities were needed in leadership. This revelation led him to seek out stand up members in the community to help in creating a company devoted solely to roofing with a focus on a centralized team. Thus, JMoro Roofing was born.

Consistency breeds quality, and the backbone of JMoro Roofing is our consistent, full-time roofing team — the same roofing team from JMoro Construction. This commitment to consistency eliminates the need to contract workers outside of JMoro Roofing, saving both time and money and ensuring the same, experienced, seasoned team works on every single project we invest in. JMoro Roofing’s innovative approach, from our collaborative leadership team and consistent team of in-house workers to our devotion to transparent communication and use of long-lasting materials, is all informed by the needs of our community and clients. We want living on the Grand Strand to be as safe and comfortable as can be, and for that to happen, it’s time for something different.
