Scope Of Work
Ardmore Roderick provided construction management for the O’Hare Modernization Program, the $6.6 Billion project that reconfigured O’Hare Airport’s intersecting runways into a more parallel configuration. As a subconsultant on this multi-year expansion of O’Hare International Airport, Ardmore Roderick provided the North Airfield Site Manager, the South Airfield Zone Manager, Lead Resident Engineers, Office Engineers, Assistant Resident Engineers, Project Managers, Field Inspectors for a large number of separate contracts. Our North Airfield Site South Airfield Zone Managers were responsible for the coordination of all aspects of airside andlandside construction activities between contractors and the Chicago Department of Aviation at O’Hare International Airport.

Relocation and Construction of the Union Pacific Railroad
Our Lead Resident Engineer provided design and constructability review of drawings and specifications and oversight for the relocation and construction of the Union Pacific Railroad mainline track to a new Interim Rail Alignment to allow for the expansion of O’Hare Airport to the west and south of its present limits.
