Scope Of Work

Ardmore Roderick serves as the prime consultant to the Chicago Department of Transportation Arterial Streets Resurfacing projects on various streets in the South Area of Chicago.  These projects are funded by both federal  local funding sources. The scope of work includes resurfacing hot mix asphalt on arterial streets as well as the reconstruction of ADA ramps at intersections.  

Ardmore Roderick provides construction management  inspection, including hot mix asphalt surface removal  resurfacing, pavement removal, reconstruction of ADA compliant ramps, concrete placement for bus pads  patches, adjusting catch basins, manholes, water valves  inlets, partial curb/gutter  sidewalk removal  replacement, tree planting, traffic control  protection,  pavement markings.
