Scope Of Work
This project included the renovation of the five lobbies per building to include selective demolition, framing and drywall, casework and millwork, countertops and stainless-steel wall cladding, floorings, paint, wallpaper as well as mechanical, electrical, fire alarm and fire sprinklers. In addition, a new SBS type roofing system was installed over the porte-cochere, along with a roof paver system by Bison Innovative Products.
