Scope Of Work
As the General Contractor, Schaffer is ecstatic to share that together with Oregon based Black Rock Coffee Bar, we will be opening a brand-new store in Richmond, TX to serve their neighborhoods! This store will have a unique exterior consisting of custom stonework, corrugated metal and wood finish to fit in its surrounding. The anticipated completion date is early November with a scheduled grand-opening set for mid-November of this year. Make sure you swing by for a cup of hot or iced coffee with a dash of their flavored syrups!
