Scope Of Work
Scope of Work: 216,917 SF of new design+build parking lot including earthwork, site utilities, concrete paving, electrical, irrigation system, landscape, sustainable bio-swales, and a full 180,000 kWh/yr solar system integrated and capable of retrofeeding the excess power back to the grid spanning over a 700 lf pre-engineered state of the art canopy.
