Scope Of Work

This project consisted of demolition and new construction of a 94,750 SF building at the existing facility. Work for the project was phased. Phase 1 included demolition of the existing facility and Phases 2 & 3 included construction of new facility.

Components of work include, but are not limited to: structure demolition; concrete work; structural masonry and masonry veneer; structural steel framing with metal stud infill; steel joist roof and floor framing with metal deck; metal pan stairs; miscellaneous treated woods; building insulation; metal roofing and wall panels; TPO roofing; hollow metal doors and frames; wood doors; aluminum storefront; overhead sectional and coiling doors; insulated translucent panels; glazing; door hardware; gypsum board; various interior floor, wall, and ceiling finishes; painting; hydraulic elevator; paint booth; overhead bridge, monorail, and jib cranes; installation of aluminum windows; interior partitions, doors and wall systems; new restrooms; HVAC and plumbing modifications; and electrical improvements.
