Scope Of Work

This project encompassed a new 5,200 total SF addition and 8,400 SF remodel to meet Nissan’s dealership modernization requirements. Unique to the exterior of this dealership are aluminum louvers, extensive use of aluminum composite metal cladding, an uninterrupted glass storefront and the iconic Nissan entry element. The aluminum and glass storefront allows natural light to extend into the interior customer lounge, retail parts area and the showroom. The showroom is clad in upscale floor tiles with elaborate lighting “clouds” that accent the showcase vehicles.
