Scope Of Work
This project consisted of selective demolition and renovation of the downtown Spokane Lexus dealership after it was purchased by Miller Family Real Estate, LLC out of Salt Lake City, Utah. The existing one-story facade was painted and the south-facing glazing replaced. The original covered parking service area was replaced with an enclosed two-bay vehicle maintenance facility on the east side of the complex. The renovation finished off with a large, dramatic 2-story steel and glass enclosed front entrance and lobby highlighting the luxury of the car brand. The grand entrance required all new lighting, HVAC, security systems and safety glass installation, and increased soundproofing between the first floor showroom and second floor administrative spaces.
