The staff at The Compleo Group have been involved in the construction industry for the past 29 years since 1988.

We have accumulated an in-depth knowledge of all of the construction disciplines. The Compleo Group staff have built and managed projects from the ground up as Project Managers and as Project Superintendents  on projects ranging from $10,000 to $75 million.

The Compleo Group has managed projects from conception to completion.  As Project Managers we have defined the individual trade contracts, overseen the contractual aspects and obligations of the contract,  written the project schedules and scopes, as well as monitored and controlled cost throughout the process .  

As Superintendents we have built the projects from the ground up, from the initial staking to handing the keys to the owner.  

We have sucessfully completed and turned over hundreds  of millions of dollars in project assets.

The Compleo Group  has vast experience in commercial construction & multi- family  construction . From the out-of-the- ground stand alone facilities to  ground-up apartment complexes with construction costs ranging from $4 million to $38 million; Compleo has done it all.
