Shaun has been involved in the construction industry for the past
30 years, since 1988. He has accumulated an in-depth knowledge of all
construction disciplines. Prior to founding The Compleo Group, Inc. he
built and managed projects from the ground up, either as a Project
Manager or Project Superintendent on projects ranging from $10,000 to $75M.
As a project manager he has defined the individual trade contracts,
overseen the contractual aspects and obligations of the contract,
written project schedules and scopes, as well as monitored and
controled costs throughout the process. As a superintendent for
turn-key projects to date, Shaun has successfully completed and turned
over hundreds of millions of dollars in project assets.
Shaun started in residential construction in 1988; working as a
laborer, framer, carpenter, foreman; working his way up
to superintendent, and then project manager. Shaun studied CAD at
Lansing Community College and has a Mastering Project Managment
certification through Villanova University.
