CMX Cinebistro prides itself on the unique experience it provides to customers, and our project team ensured this location would be a step above the rest. The Schimenti team overcame complex building challenges to complete this project in excellent time. The theatre features a full-floor kitchen to take the concept of ‘dinner and a movie’ to new heights.
This 70,000 sq. ft. total building renovation of six floors encompassed six auditoriums, two bars, a full operating kitchen, new curtain wall system and six DJ booths. It also included the installation of MEP roof units, installation of a new roofing system and building steel structure within a dumbwaiter shaft. The project lasted the duration of one year.
