Scope Of Work
Hudson Yards makes history as the largest private development in the United States, spanning 18 million square feet of the New York City area. The space is divided between living spaces, offices, and leisure activities. Over one million square feet of this development is dedicated exclusively to The Shops at Hudson Yards. Located under the iconic Vessel sculpture, the seven-level shopping mall houses over 100 stores and restaurants. The modern mall space is projected to be a new hub for locals and tourists alike to visit and experience all the city has to offer.
Schimenti was proud to be a part of this historic venture, working with more than 10 clients within the iconic space. These clients included Dunhill, Rhone, Tory Burch, and Citarella. Our project teams stuck to a strict schedule to ensure the projects were completed with ample time prior to the Hudson Yards Grand Opening.
