Scope Of Work
14,332 SF design-build fitness center housed in a free-standing monolithic dome structure
Exterior skin consists of concrete, brick and glazing with stucco pilasters
Main floor area houses circuit area, cardio and weight machines and a large free-weight area, surrounded by perimeter offices, locker rooms and mirrored walls
Main workout area is open to the dome ceiling, 40’ at center
2,000 SF cardio mezzanine overlooks main floor
Amenities include a pro shop, lounge, and childcare area with separate infant and toddler rooms
