Scope Of Work

The first project of its kind in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, this building features a full cafeteria and kitchen capable of serving 900 occupants, three large training facilities on the garden level, a mail processing room, file storage with burn-in-lab, 50 offices, and 10 conference rooms. The main floor includes a security command room and a high-security lobby, while the second floor is home to Aurora Loan Services’ call center, command center and multiple huddle rooms.
