United States Security Services Patrol Division, a Secure Holdings, Inc. company, was born as a growth need in the security Industry for a more professional service that can adapt to the needs and changes of the most important part of the industry: The Client. USSSPD meets and excels at this.

The Founder, Jerry Coleman, has over 30+ years experience in the industry, as a level II/IIl Security Officer, Private Investigator, Warrant Execution Officer, Personal Protection Officer and in every field within the industry, including specialized fields. Additionally, he is an Emergency Management Specialist for the Texas Military Department, Texas State Guard. He is also an Instructor in the Texas State Guard. Additionally, he is a graduate of NEMBA, the National Emergency Management Basic Academy of the US DHS FEMA EMI. He has over 12 years experience in this field alone.

His Associate, Jonathan McClelland, has over 15 years experience. He is currently enrolled in FEMA EMI training, as a matter of fact and routine, as stipulated pursuant to company requirements. His capabilities are well-rounded by his experiences in various fields of security, including  level II/III, Personal Protection Officer, site management, crowd control, investigations, traffic control and loss prevention. He also has 2 yrs experience working with the FBI and State Police during Super Bowl LI, Houston, TX and Super Bowl LII, Minneapolis, MN.

Jerry and Jonathan share a vision of security that places them above other private firms and agencies: Security can be provided as needed by the client at a value rate that is cost-efficient and completely effective. The Company hires only Security Officers with a minimum number of years experience, with the average being 3-5 years, and MUST have their License in hand before being hired. All company personnel are trained to meet federal and state requirements for licensing and operation, including emergency response to disasters, no matter if man-made, technological or natural. Additionally, the company operates a command structure that is based upon ICS, the Incident Command System. This allows for flexibility and span of control. This means the Client gets a single POC for their portfolio, and this Manager operates a span of control so the information flow is seamless and immediately available, without going thru a variety of persons beforehand.
