Pineview Apartments are a portion of Cortland Acres Housing for the Elderly. This complex consists of twenty-four one-bedroom apartments with a community building and sewage treatment plant. This project was constructed in wood frame with brick veneered masonry, aluminum windows and siding, shingled roofing, concrete walks and curbs, asphalt paved parking and driveways, and general landscaping. All work was completed in compliance with HUD minimum property standards, state fire codes and state Health Department regulations.
