AXA Construction Inc. was conceived after the owner decided to converge his diverse building experience in various countries from Europe like Austria , Czech Republic, Germany, Italy, France, England, and Ireland into one place.

Bearing over a decade of experience outside the USA as well as the same wealth of experience within the US construction industry, Veaceslav Boldurescu took the opportunity to found Axa Contruction.
