Scope Of Work
SC Builders recently completed the first two phases of this 20-story, 150,000 square foot demolition and build-out for WeWork at 430 California. Phase three is forthcoming, which is expected to bring the total to ~180,000 square feet.
Features include 18th floor stage with theatrical lighting, “floating” wood clouds, and a mezzanine wood ceiling with incorporated lighting. This wood ceiling on the mezzanine between the 18th and 20th floors required the addition of structural steel to provide extra support.
