Chris is committed to the complete success of every project he supports. An ace estimator, he is a master at over-seeing the most challenging projects, finding innovative ways to save clients time and money. Chris began in the construction industry at age 15, and in addition to his wide range of experience managing projects he also was the superintendent on numerous projects early in his career. A co-founder of SC Builders, Chris’ experience includes the construction of semiconductor megafabs, data centers, and corporate office headquarters, including campus projects for major tech clients.

As a key member of our core team, Don brings more than 46 years of wide-ranging, hands-on construction experience to the table. Since starting at SC Builders in 2000, Don has been responsible for completing a wide variety of projects over $100 million in value—including corporate campuses, complex data centers, religious facilities, and educational institutions. His vast knowledge encompasses building systems, construction technology, scheduling, subcontractor relations, safety and more. These, along with his positive team approach, high-energy drive, and family values—all cornerstones of SC Builders’ philosophy—make Don crucial to SC Builders’ success.

As co-founder of SC Builders, Sam is dedicated to the success of every project. Having started in the industry at the age of 16, his passion for construction has only grown with his 40 years of experience. Sam brings a broad range of experience to each of his client’s projects, from preconstruction services to project management. He is well-equipped to take your project from inception to completion. Earlier in his career, Sam took a leave of absence to volunteer in the United States Peace Corps in Malawi, Africa and Uruguay, South America.

With 33 years of construction experience in the Bay Area, Steve brings a strong sense of budget and schedule awareness to every project he manages. He prides himself on building long-lasting relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors. His wide range of experience is valuable in finding ways to successfully complete projects on time and within budget.
