Scope Of Work
The Beau Rivage was designed to be the ultimate escape, featuring luxury hotel rooms, a casino, and spanning views of the Gulf of Mexico. As the largest building in Mississippi, the 3,200,000 square foot resort and casino is 32 stories tall and features 1,740 rooms, including 95 luxury suites. All guest rooms feature their own climate control systems. There is also an 85,000-square-foot casino floor, nine restaurants, meeting space and other areas for guests of the most-visited casino in Mississippi. Bernhard provided mechanical construction services for the project.
The Beau Rivage is the largest resort in the Southeast to receive the AAA Four Diamond Award.
