Scope Of Work
Demo/Build Out construction of 26,890 SF. retail store to service and supply items to families, "Everything from Newborns to Toddlers." This project included the total demo of exterior elevation and full interior removal. Which included lighting and electrical services, HVAC equipment and air distribution, plumbing, fire sprinkler system and walls/flooring/ ceilings. The build-out consisted of masonry walls, brick veneer, EIFS, structural steel with metal deck, membrane roof modification , mul-tiple RTU’s, new storefront, polished concrete/LVT/ VCT flooring, all associated MEP’s, BMS system, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and all necessary finishes. We installed a CPI Power wall for electrical service/ EMS, LED lighting for energy savings.
